Finally, controversial attorney Sidney Powell filed the lawsuit in Georgia alleging “massive election fraud. Among his accusations, he reiterates from interference by the Venezuelan regime, to an alleged manipulation of figures by “Dominion” the company in charge of the totalization of the votes.

Although Donald Trump’s campaign announced last Sunday that Powell is not part of its legal team, the attorney went ahead with the lawsuit that supports the president’s fraud theory.

After the document was made public, users reported that the social network Twitter decided to block the link of the publication where the lawyer’s lawsuit could be accessed.

According to The Epoch Times news website, the 104-page document filed makes up the lawsuit against Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, and other election officials.

The legal action also aims to force the Court to invalidate the election results in Georgia. Among the plaintiffs are Republican Party candidates for the electoral college, Cobb County Republican Party Chairman Jason Shepherd, and Georgia Republican Party Assistant Secretary Brian Jay Van Gundy.

Powell recently assured a press conference that the evidence in his possession will be shown in court. He advanced that his arguments are based on electoral systems that supposedly modify votes, German servers that store information on the US elections, and an electoral software that would have been created in Venezuela “under the direction of Hugo Chavez” to extinguish the democratic elections.

Harmeet K. Dhillon, one of President Trump’s legal advisors, reacted to Powell’s lawsuit and highlighted two important points: irregularities in the vote count and the possibility that Dominion’s machines could be “hacked”.

“These are serious allegations, and perhaps the evidence (some of it filed and some provisionally sealed) will persuade. Any of these big issues would be enough to change the election results given Biden’s narrow margin,” Dhillon said through his Twitter account.

In addition, he noted that part of the complaint is verifiable because “there are thousands of specific records identifiable at fraudulent addresses such as post office boxes, not residential ones.

“I hope that the Federal Court will allow the investigation of this challenge (…) There is time to do this right, and we must do it,” said the president’s legal advisor.

5 arguments from Sidney Powell

96,600 Votes to be Dismissed: The lawsuit, which according to Bloomberg has some typographical errors, argues that there is “irrefutable evidence” from the Election Board records that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted, but that the voter never registered as returned to the county election boards. They say 96,600 votes should be discarded.

Software created by foreign agents: According to Powell, software created and managed by domestic and foreign actors would also have been implemented. He quotes sworn statements from multiple witnesses who claim “pure mathematical impossibilities” in the election results.

In particular, the lawsuit raises a problem with election software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems, which she says had been recently acquired and “rushed into service” by Kemp, Raffensperger, and the Georgia Election Board.

The plaintiffs allege that the design and features of Dominion’s software do not allow for a simple audit to see if votes were misallocated, redistributed or deleted.

Dominion issued a statement Wednesday saying that the claims that the company “deleted or changed the votes are completely false,” reiterating that Dominion’s systems “are 100 percent auditable.

Election violations: The lawsuit also alleges “irrefutable physical evidence that the physical security standards of the voting machines and software were violated; and that the machines were connected to the Internet, violating professional standards and state and federal laws.

In a sworn statement, cyber security expert Navid Keshavarz-Nia testified that “the United States intelligence services had developed tools to infiltrate foreign voting systems, including Dominion. The expert pointed out the vulnerabilities of the software that, according to him, has allowed “hundreds of thousands of votes” to be transferred from President Donald Trump to Democrat Joe Biden.

“Election officials did not verify the signatures or check the security envelopes. They prevented observers from monitoring the recount, which also facilitated fraud,” the lawsuit also states.

Powell’s lawsuit was filed after Georgia’s election results were certified on November 20. At the time, Kemp did not openly endorse the results but said that the law required him to “formalize the certification, which paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options and an independent recount if they wish.

Maduro’s regime behind the fraud: According to journalist David Alandete, the lawsuit accuses Nicolas Maduro’s regime of interfering in the US elections; he highlights that the document names Venezuela some 17 times.

The document mentions Chavista Jorge Rodríguez, brother of usurper Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, as being behind the electoral fraud against Trump.

The lawsuits also include accusations of falsified ballots and observers who cannot see the vote tabulation, points out Bloomberg.

Heshmat Alavi, a specialist in Iranian issues, also reviewed part of Powell’s lawsuit that refers to alleged interference by Chinese and Iranian officials.

“The Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent U.S. general election in 2020,” the lawsuit states.

It remains to be seen what will happen to the legal battle that Powell initiated, although she is convinced that she will win the fight in court. It is not yet known what strong evidence of massive fraud will change the course of the country and reverse the possible appointment of Joe Biden as the next president of the United States.
