Conservative lawyer and commentator, editor emeritus of The Daily Wire, Ben Shapiro, said Thursday that he and his team will use “every resource” at their disposal to “challenge President Joe Biden’s unconstitutional” vaccine mandate for nearly 100 million Americans.

“And you hear this from someone who is quite pro-vaccine,” Shapiro said in an interview on Fox and Friends. The businessman said he has already been vaccinated and “invites everybody” to do so, but criticizes “the notion that the federal government has the ability to force every company with more than 100 employees to vaccinate them.”

Shapiro said he is prepared to take whatever legal action is necessary to appeal the mandate, and even anticipates that the issue could reach the Supreme Court.

“What I can tell you is that the provisions that Joe Biden is going to cite under OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) are tremendously overbroad and, frankly, I think he made a big tactical legal mistake,” Shapiro said.

“I think there’s a good chance something like this is going to get to the Supreme Court level. All of a sudden we see a complete rewrite of the Administrative State because Joe Biden couldn’t restrain himself and decided to issue an authoritative order.”

In addition, the host of The Ben Shapiro Show believes that, even though the first year in office has not been completed, Joe Biden is a “failed president on every level.”

Likewise, Shapiro said Biden is trying to “impose lockdowns and mandates, control businesses, control every school,” and points to the president as a bigger threat than the “unvaccinated neighbor.”

Biden announced sweeping new mandates Thursday forcing millions of Americans to get vaccinated against COVID-19. If they refuse to do so, they could lose their jobs or companies could be fined if they are not fired.
