The White House team is not convinced that Joe Biden is the best speaker. So reveals an article, published by POLITICO, in which officials claim that they silence the president’s speeches at public events for fear of what he will say.

“When Biden gives public remarks, some White House staffers will either mute him or turn off his remarks,” the media outlet reports.

The main reason for doing so is because they fear what Biden will say in response to reporters’ questions and that these comments are out of line with his team’s plans. The media also detailed that the advisors also asked the Democrat to answer fewer questions.

“While the president sometimes obliges and quickly leaves the podium after remarks, he has a tendency to buck those staffers trying to rein him in,” POLITICO asserted.

Similarly, the media outlet recounted the number of times the president has made mistakes in public speeches. For example, it explains that he has even failed in written comments, such as when he said that the administration had evacuated 90 % of Americans from Afghanistan when he was supposed to say 98 %.

The information comes at a time when Biden is facing a leadership crisis as a USA Today/Suffolk University poll of 1,000 adults in all 50 states shows a surprising decline in the president’s job approval, with only 1 % of respondents approving of the president’s job so far.
