Crimes of the Chinese Communist Party

The horrendous crimes of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) are unspeakable, to put it bluntly. The international community speaks little about it. The silence and hypocrisy of the media, governments, and NGOs that simply turn a blind eye to the crimes of the communist regime are worrying. Today we talk about the concentration camps in China, the rapes, the slaves, and all the horrors that very few want to talk about. Our interviewee is Frances Martel, the international news editor at Breitbart

Martel noted a report from Reuters that there are about 1,200 concentration camps in China. Between one and three million people have been interned in these camps. The shameless Chinese Communist Party claims they are schools, that they are vocational training centers where they teach patriotic mentality to Muslims and other minorities they recruit in these camps.

Testimonies from those who have escaped from these torture sites claim that systematic rape occurs; women are raped by members of the CCP. Victims are sterilized, operated on or forced to have abortions if they become pregnant. Some women have their babies and then the babies are killed.

For men, the torture is mainly forced labor. They are effectively slaves. She notes that many of the cheap products coming from China are made by slaves held in Chinese Communist Party concentration camps.

Martel explained that there are similar attempts to subjugate other minorities such as Christians, who are being disappeared and their churches are being destroyed.

Breitbart’s International Editor added there are many people in Chian who do not pose a threat to the regime, but are still highly censored. They cannot use the Internet freely, they are imprisoned if they in any way question the regime, and they cannot talk about the coronavirus. Those who have dared to ask something as simple as numbers have been imprisoned and forced to apologize and retract.

Another of the other frightening issues happening in China is birth control: it is now “illegal” for a woman to have more than two children, although, as Martel recalls: for many years you could only have one and if you got pregnant a second time you were forced to have an abortion.

“In many cases there was infanticide, they waited for the woman to give birth and then killed the baby. And then came a horrible culture of preference for male babies. For example, there are women who simply left their babies (girls) outside to die. The Chinese communist regime estimates that more than 400 million pregnancies have been “prevented,” so we are talking about around 400 million murders.”

All these horrors have caused China’s population to decline. Martel points out that there are about 35 million more men than women in China, so they have a surplus of men who cannot find a mate and, in addition, there are fewer and fewer women of reproductive age.

On the position Biden is taking on China and how he is behaving in the face of such a threat, Mratel says it is simply “disappointing”. She recallshow a couple of months ago there was a meeting between Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, and a senior member of the Politburo. The meeting was supposed to be about the abuses of the Chinese regime and its record of human rights violations, as well as its mishandling of the pandemic, but instead what happened was that the Chinese took control of the meeting and decided to talk about “Black Lives Matter” and how the U.S. is “racist.”

“The Biden administration is allowing a regime that puts minorities in concentration camps to tell us that we are a racist country.”

Frances Martel

For Martel, that meeting and this whole situation is extremely embarrassing. She says it was embarrassing to see the Chinese celebrating their rhetoric to the U.S. government.

Our interviewee is concerned about many issues regarding Biden’s handling of the China issue. For example, she is concerned about the dependence that large American companies have on China, since they produce goods -or part of their inputs in China- and even benefit from the slave labor of the communist party.

Frances also points out China’s worrying relationship with Latin America, which she considers an attempt at colonization through huge indebtedness: they give them loans without major conditions and practically end up buying countries.

Over the course of the interview, we discussed about the horrors committed by the Chinese Communist Party and we bring to the table the human rights violations that are committed on a daily basis and which sadly very few want to talk about.
