NJ Assembly Candidate Marcos Marte: Hispanic Community 'Embodies Conservative Values'

Marcos Marte is the GOP candidate for the 33rd District of the New Jersey Assembly. Marte will be on the ballot in November this year, after winning the Republican Primary earlier in June. Marte was present at the 2021 Turning Point Student Action Summit in Tampa, Florida, and Daniel Chang of the El American team had a chance to talk to him.

Marte works in Wall Street and is a son of Dominican immigrants, who came to the United States more than 20 years ago who thinks that the Hispanic community “embodies most of the conservative values at our core” and that is important to understand why many Hispanic families decide to come to the United States in look for a more prosperous life.

The 33rd District elects two members for the Assembly, Marcos Marte and Jacob Curtis will try to unseat Democratic incumbents Annette Chaparro and Raj Mukherji on November 2, 2021.

Marcos Marte’s remarks to El American took place in the event organized every year by Turning Point USA.
