Cristiano Ronaldo said some very harsh words against Manchester United, a club by which he feels “betrayed,” and against his coach, Erik Ten Hag, for whom he assured he has “no respect.”
The football superstar also said that the coach and ‘some other guys’ were trying to kick him out of the club.

Referring to his managers at United, the Portuguese said he only respects Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who was ousted just weeks after Ronaldo’s return to the club.
Ronaldo also said that he was hurt by the club when they ‘doubted his word,’ referring to an episode in which he skipped pre-season games to take care of his newborn daughter, who was going through health complications: “They didn’t believe that something was going wrong.” “I’m never gonna change the health of my family for football”.

Media outlets and sports commentators immediately reacted to the previews. Some said that Ronaldo was not being professional, and some called the player’s interview a ‘desperate move’ to regain a place in the spotlight days before the World Cup inauguration.
Morgan, no stranger to controversy, responded to various comments about the exclusive with a provocative tweet: ‘There are more home truths where that came from.’ ‘And sometimes – The truth hurts.’
