56.5 percent of Americans believe that Biden’s decisions are made by others, according to a Trafalgar poll.
In turn, 56 percent of citizens also believe that President Joe Biden is not “fully performing the duties of his office.” The report, conducted in partnership with COSA (Convention of States Action), surveyed more than 1,000 likely general election voters.

Also, the poll showed that 31.7% of Democrats agree that Biden’s agenda is not being driven by himself. Meanwhile, 83% of Republicans believe that Biden is not in full control of his agenda.
Given the results, The Spectator explained that the Trafalgar poll comes amid speculation about the president’s mental faculties. In fact, several doctors have advised Biden to take a cognitive evaluation, including Ronny Jackson, a former Bush, Obama, and Trump White House physician.
