Four Disney employees were arrested for alleged human trafficking. The subjects are among more than 100 people arrested as part of a human trafficking operation in Florida.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd announced today that at least 108 arrests were made as part of an operation dubbed “Operation March Sadness 2.” He detailed that it was a six-day operation.

“The arrests of one human trafficker and four child predators alone make this entire operation worthwhile. The online prostitution industry enables traffickers and victimizes those being trafficked. Our goal is to identify victims, offer them help, and find and arrest those who profit from human exploitation,” said Judd.

According to the information, one of the Disney employees was a 27-year-old man who worked as a lifeguard at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and, according to authorities, allegedly sent sexual images of himself and graphic sexual messages to an undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old girl.

“All but one lived in central Florida. One man, identified as Jarrod Justice, 33, was visiting from Los Angeles ” according to Fox News Florida.

The media outlet detailed that of the workers, two were janitors at Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park and one was a lifeguard at the Animal Kingdom Lodge hotel. The lifeguard was identified as Kenneth Javier Aquino, 26, of Orlando.

In view of the situation, Christina Pushaw, press officer for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, assured that the company’s CEO should comment on what happened. “The Disney CEO should condemn this and issue a statement in support of HB 1557 to protect children,” Pushaw wrote on Twitter.
