The Democrat’s Dirty War on the Nation and Trump

Trump, El American

A “dirty” war is typically understood to mean an unconventional manner of carrying out warfare and is usually depleted of moral integrity. This strategic maneuver need not necessarily be violent, although violence can be conveniently exploited. The left’s conspiracy to interfere and impact the 2020 election was confessed in that monumental TIME article from February 4, “The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election.” The cabal of woke oligarchs, mainstream media propagandists, and DNC operatives succeeded in their undertaking. The January 6 Capitol Building irruption has been manipulated to tentatively complete this insidious plot.

The attempts by Democratic lawmakers to legislatively deconstruct America have taken various forms. Some include seeking to nationalizing dubious mail-in voting practices (HR 1), legally codifying Gender Ideology and other Marxist Critical Theory venoms (HR 5), adding two Democratic senators through DC statehood (HR 51), castrating the Second Amendment (HR 127), criminalize conservative opposition (HR 350), and making the U.S. Supreme Court an extension of Congress by packing it with additional leftist Justices. Fortunately, a handful of moderate Democrats along with steadfast Republicans have prevented this.

The FBI concluded on August 20, after an 8-month investigation, that the January 6 incident in Washington, DC was in no way, shape, or form, centrally commandeered by former president Donald J. Trump, his supporters, or any “white supremacists/nationalists” groups. Despite that fact, the Democrats under the leadership of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi concocted the January 6 Commission 4 days later to “investigate” what the nation’s highest law enforcement agency had already investigated.

The Commission, stacked with zealot Democrats and never-Trumpers who hate the former president more than the ruling party themselves, have really set out on another wild fishing expedition in the hopes of disabling Trump, in any way possible, from remaining viable for political office. This is a third de facto, quasi post-presidential impeachment trial and the fourth time the full throttle of leftism’s governmental capabilities is expended on attempting to annihilate the 45th President.

First the Russia Hoax (Mueller Report), then the Ukraine Hoax (Zelensky phone call), followed by the “Insurrection” Hoax (Capitol Building breach). While undisputedly an illegal act, the January 6 event cannot be classified as an “insurrection”, under any circumstances. This is an example of postmodernism’s negation of truth, the misrepresentation of facts, and the fraudulent use of authority to build narratives that serve ideological ends. A familiar figure in this menacing pattern of abuse of power for purposes of altering America is at it again.

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) has doctored evidence of text messages involving DOD Inspector General Joseph Schmitz, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), and former Trump CoS Mark Meadows. The omission of parts of the text conversation to build a case against Meadows is an act of fraud. Any American court would seriously reprimand the prosecutor and/or defense attorney for this type of activity. Considering that Schiff performed a similar feat during the 2019 impeachment procedure against Trump involving the phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the U.S. congressman and influential Democrat should be disbarred (he is a lawyer) and removed from public office.

The House voted 222-208 on December 14 holding Trump’s last chief of staff (Meadows) in contempt of court. Steve Bannon, a close associate of the former president, faced a similar fate on October 21. The problem with this procedure and its break with the established principle of the separation of powers was best explained by Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz in a piece in Gatestone Institute on December 15.

Considering that Trump’s legal team is waiting on whether the Supreme Court will hear the case that the left-leaning D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals decided against the 45th President’s argument of executive privilege, Dershowitz noted that “Congress cannot simply compel the executive to bow to its will when there is a conflict between the two elected branches, the third branch—the judiciary—decide who is correct under the constitution.”

The Democrat’s ploy to incapacitate Trump has far greater consequences than simply playing dirty to prevent someone they fear from running for the presidency. This is a power grab in strict banana republic conformity. The abuse of democratic institutions, violating due process and the separation of powers and engaging in the construction of an authoritarian regime in collusion with private actors, like mass media and private business. This is really our Republic’s greatest test.
