Drone images at the southern border reveal the intensification of the border crisis where in a single day the number of illegal migrants waiting to be apprehended doubled; the image demonstrating the lack of control of the immigration crisis went unnoticed by those who criticized Donald Trump for similar reasons; one more example of the hypocrisy of Democrats.

Fox News journalist Bill Melugin published videos and photographs in real time showing some 8,000 migrants under the Rio Grande International Bridge waiting to be detained by the authorities and thus initiate an immigration process.

Sources assure Fox News that the situation is “out of control”, that the Border Patrol “is overwhelmed” and that the detention facilities are full.

On Wednesday, September 15, there were more than 4,000 people under the bridge, but in less than 24 hours the number increased to 8,200.

According to the report of journalist Melugin, most of the migrants on the bridge are of Haitian origin, and they assure that the number is increasing by the minute.

The most serious and surprising thing is that the international bridge is only one of the points through which illegal migrants pass; the rest of the southern border is full of border crossings through which thousands of others pass at the same time.

Democrats’ hypocrisy on border crisis?

Democratic leaders who in 2020 were horrified by similar images and blamed Trump, today are silent in the face of the obvious immigration crisis that far exceeds the management of the former Republican president.

Such is the case of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who went so far as to say that she would not accept a situation similar to the one already being experienced at the southern border under Joe Biden’s administration.

The same happened with Ilhan Omar, who has not made any reference to what is currently happening with the migration crisis, but in 2019 blamed “white nationalism” for the treatment of migrants.

Likewise, Beto O’Rourke, a member of the Democratic Party, also came to criticize what was happening at the southern border when Trump was president, not so with Biden in the White House.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced on Wednesday that there were 208,887 migrant apprehensions in August, a 317% increase over the same month but in 2020. The situation has gotten out of control but in the ruling party camp today they do not seem interested in the lives of migrants.
