Details of Hunter Biden’s business abroad continue to emerge. On this occasion, the contents of emails sent by Joe Biden’s son to China CEFC China Energy President Ye Jianming about a $10 million payment to “finance and operate properly” Hunter’s joint venture with the now-bankrupt Chinese energy company were revealed.

According to Fox News, this $10 million transfer to the joint venture with CEFC was not completed. And investigations are underway to see if any of it was completed. The messages suggest that the delay was due to “visa issues”; within the texts is an email sent by Joe Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, who participated in the joint venture with Hunter and CEFC.

The message to the CEFC President

Fox News got a hold of an email that Hunter Biden sent on June 18, 2017 to Zhao Runlong of CEFC. There, he asks Runlong to please “translate my letter to Chairman Ye, please extend my warmest best wishes and that I hope to see the Chairman soon.” At the same time, Joe Biden’s son extended the greetings of the entire Biden family to Chairman Ye.

“I hope my letter finds you well. I regret missing you on your last visit to the United States,” Hunter Biden wrote in the letter, dated June 17, 2017. “Please accept the best wishes from the entire Biden family as well as my partners,” he added

The son of the next U.S. president went on to inform Ye that the “establishment of SinoHawk Holdings,” Hunter Biden’s joint venture with CEFC, was “complete,” adding that he looked forward “with interest” to introducing his business partner Tony Bobulinski, who would “act as the CEO” of the company.

Bobulinski was Hunter Biden’s business partner who appeared on Tucker Carlson’s show explaining that Joe Biden had lied about his lack of knowledge about his son’s shady dealings abroad.

Tony also revealed, days before the election, that he had been questioned by FBI agents and that there was an open investigation against Hunter Biden. The news was ignored by many large media outlets mostly sympathetic to the Democrats, but information about an open investigation was confirmed days ago by Hunter Biden himself.

“He is a very close friend of James Gilliar and the Biden family and joined our team to focus on the execution of things as a partner,” says the letter.

He also highlighted the business virtue of his partner by informing Ye that Tony invested “capital around the world for some of the richest families in the world. At the same time, Hunter Biden told the CEFC president that Bobulinski had “sent a request to Dong Gongwen [Gongwen Dong] and Director Zang for the funding of the $10 MM USD wire.”

“I would appreciate if you will send that quickly so we can properly fund and operate Sinohawk,” Hunter Biden said.

“I am sure you have been well briefed by our dear friend Director Zang on the political and economic connections we have established in countries where you are interested in expanding during the coming months and years,” he added.

Hunter Biden’s consortium, in which Joe Biden’s brother, Jim Biden participated, presented an investment scheme to CEFC China Energy opening the doors to the Latin American market through Colombia.

The business plan, revealed by The Daily Caller, reads as Hunter Biden promoted his father’s close relationship with former Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos.

Beyond Hunter Biden’s email

Fox News not only reported on the content of Hunter Biden’s emails, it also got a response from the CEFC president.

The news network “obtained Ye’s response as part of an e-mail, dated September 6, 2017, from Biden’s business associate James Gilliar to Bobulinski. That email forwarded Ye’s letter in response to Biden. The letter is dated July 10, 2017.

Ye Jianming mentioned that he had instructed Zang and Dong to “expedite the capital contribution of the letter to SinoHawk.”
“”I am glad to hear from you! Time flies and it has been months since we met in the US. It seems that we were always on a rush when we were together,” Ye wrote to Hunter Biden, adding that “the consensus we made last time has been materialized in a timely manner.”

“I will continue to pay attention and give my support,” said the CEFC president. He also indicated that he had “arranged for Director Zang and Gongwen Dong to expedite the charter capital input to SinoHawk.”

“I look forward to meeting you in the near future and discussing our joint undertaking. If there is anything I could do please do not hesitate to write to me (…) Please accept my best regards to you and your family.” ended the letter from the president of CEFC China Energy sent by mail.

“According to a September report released by the Senate Homeland Security Committee and Senate Finance Committee on their investigation into Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings, Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong and other Chinese nationals that Hunter Biden had business associations with were linked to the Chinese Communist government and the People’s Liberation Army.” Fox News said.

Also revealed was the content of a conversation between Hunter’s business partner, Tony Bobulinski, and the person Joe Biden’s son had contacted, Zhao Runlong.

The date of the e-mail between Bobulinski and “Zhao-Shanghai CEFC” was July 10, 2017, “I do not want to throw a damp over such a capable executive like you.” “This is the dark side of the Chinese business,” Zhao wrote to Bobulinski. “But I think you deserve to know it… if I am telling you what you already know just ignore it.”

Eight days later, Bobulinski asked Zhao if the transfer would be one part $10 million or two parts $5,000,000. Hunter’s partner mentioned that “asked that $10 MM be sent in 2 $5 MM tranches but @ the same time, $5 MM to savings and $5 MM to checking. That is what we prefer.”

Although the transfer was not completed, according to Fox, “on August 8, 2017, CEFC transferred nearly $5 million to the bank account of Hudson West III, a firm that Hunter Biden opened with Chinese partners. Although it is still under investigation whether “Hunter Biden was a half-owner of Hudson West III at the time.”
