One could say the “socialists are coming”, but that would be inaccurate. They are here and in positions of high power, controlling institutions of enormous ascendency over American society. It is not just the Biden-Harris team, Congress, Obama’s Democratic Party, Big Tech, Mainstream Media, and submissive woke capitalists. The overseers of public education in the United States are seeking the repression of parents who are challenging a socialist onslaught in the curriculum. The most important national public-school board advocate is fighting for Marxism.

The National School Boards Association (NSBA) is a non-profit advocacy organization founded in 1940. It claims to represent 90,000 school board members who have jurisdiction over 14,000 of the nation’s local public-school districts and control the education of 50 million schoolchildren across America. The NSBA emitted a letter to President Joe Biden on Thursday September 29th, requesting the repression of parents across America who are exercising their constitutional right and civic responsibility of voicing concerns over the implementation of Neo-Marxism’s Critical Race Theory (CRT).

“America’s public schools and its education leaders are under an immediate threat”, contends the missive which was signed by the NSBA’s president, Viola M. Garcia, and Chip Slaven, it’s Interim Executive Director and CEO. The notion of any “immediate threat” to the country’s school boards is unsubstantiated by the facts. When one considers that the NSBA has expressly served as an apologist for the Black Lives Matter/Antifa 2020 six-month socialist violent insurrection, any validly to concerns of “threat”, is confined to the realm of ideology.

Yes, parents and concerned citizens have actively voiced opposition to the forceful feeding of Marxist Critical Theory derivatives like CRT, Gender Ideology and Critical Queer Theory in America’s classrooms. Public school board meetings have been inundated with civic activism. That is good. In fact, that is precisely how self-government is supposed to work. An involved citizenry in the affairs of the public domain is crucial. This is especially the case when it involves the education which is financed with society’s taxes and seeks to indoctrinate, instead of educate, our children.

The NSBA’s position is so scandalous, that it literally has been infused with the political thesis of Herbert Marcuse’s “Repressive Tolerance”. The premise of this Frankfurt School member’s essay was that “tolerance” cannot be extended to any group, individual, or political thought that stood in the way of communist consciousness raising (a/k/a indoctrination). “These acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials have increased, the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crime” (italics added). In other words, the adhibition of free speech expression, when it challenges the ideological prism the NSBA is trying to push, is “domestic terrorism”, a “hate crime”, and a “heinous action”. Additionally, these political thought police operatives, disguised as “educators”, have requested in their letter that federal law enforcement agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Secret Services, and the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, utilize the Patriot Act (developed to combat Islamic terrorists) to “investigate, intercept, and prevent the current threats and acts of violence”, by any “extraordinary measures”.

The NSBA, a national organization that absorbs the bulk of the school boards in the United States, embraces “educational equity”.  This, according to their website, “is the intentional allocation of resources, instruction, and opportunities according to need, requiring that discriminatory practices, prejudices, and beliefs be identified and eradicated.” “Equity” as understood in todays applied praxis, springs entirely from the skewed tenets of CRT. The NSBA, make no doubt about it, has totally bought into the cultural Marxist dogma.

In 2020, the NSBA introduced an initiative called, “Dismantling Institutional Racism in Education” (DIRE). The rationale was direct. The NSBA argued that “As schools across the country responded to acts of systemic racism in the summer of 2020”, they decided to launch DIRE. The NSBA exhibits an a priori prejudice that coincides with the CRT and “The 1619 Project’s” fraudulent interpretation of history. Direct and to the point, this mega national advocacy interest group (NSBA) make the barefaced statement, “DIRE acknowledges that institutional, structural, and systemic racism has been engrained in the history of America and throughout its public education system.” Furthermore, the NSBA makes it clear that they will exploit their dominance over the public education system to promote a curriculum that suits their un-American worldview. “The nation’s school boards”, NSBA discerns, “are uniquely positioned to accomplish this task. School boards set goals, approve policies, adopt curriculum, set budgets, and oversee administrative aspects for their local schools.”

To be wholly clear and unequivocal, CRT is a Marxist derivative. Anyone that says different, is either lying, ignorant, or both. The NSBA, by doing the revolutionary work of attempting to indoctrinate America’s school children with Neo-Marxist propaganda, is functioning as a socialist front organization. It is that simple. When one considers the enormity of their reach, they are an existential problem for the United States.

According to a 2020 report by Research.com, “101 American School Statistics: 2020/2021 Data, Trends & Predictions”, 90% of America’s children go to public schools. That is 50.8 million students. Governors, state legislatures and an activist patriotic citizenry must stop this takeover by socialists, not only of America’s public schools, but of the American Republic.
