China has begun the main threat to U.S. security, to such an extent that it could have managed to infiltrate agents to sabotage everything: from U.S. policy to the U.S. economy.

John Ratcliffe, Director of National Intelligence, said that China “is the greatest threat this country has faced since World War II”; he assures that the Asian regime has used blackmail, bribery, and covert influence to “attack” members of Congress and ensure that they pass laws in their favor.

“As Director of National Intelligence, I have been entrusted with access to more intelligence than any member of the U.S. government, other than the president. I oversee the intelligence agencies and my office produces the President’s daily summary detailing the threats facing the country. If I could communicate one thing to the American people from this unique vantage point, it is that the People’s Republic of China represents the greatest threat to the United States today, and the greatest threat to democracy and freedom around the world since World War II,” Ratcliffe said in his article published in The Wall Street Journal.

“Beijing intends to dominate the United States and the rest of the planet economically, militarily, and technologically. Many of China’s major public initiatives and outstanding enterprises provide but for a cloak for the activities of the Chinese Communist Party,” he adds.

“I call its approach to economic espionage as stealing, replicating and replacing. China strips U.S. companies of their intellectual property, replicates the technology, and then replaces U.S. companies in the global marketplace,” he warned.

William Evanina, from the office of the Director of U.S. National Intelligence, said the Chinese sought to get close to Joe Biden’s team. John Demers, head of the Justice Department’s Division of Homeland Security, said hundreds of Chinese researchers with ties to their country’s military had been identified by FBI investigators over the summer.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said just this year that Chinese government agents and entities are infiltrating the United States at the federal and local levels.

The statements of these intelligence specialists and Secretary Pompeo coincide with the information published exclusively by El American, by Joseph Humire, an expert in Global Security, who revealed that the main enemies of the United States have tried to break the Rule of Law in this country.

“China, currently the number two power in the world, wants to ensure that the United States is no longer around in order to occupy that number one position, thus tilting the international system in its favor. China is advancing on all fronts: in politics, economics and the military,” Humire said in an exclusive interview with El American.

China moves forward in trade while plagiarizing information

As days go by, there is more evidence that China is moving ahead in its intention to sideline the United States as a global superpower; in fact, China has already become the first trading partner of the European Union (EU) dethroning the U.S.

During the first nine months of the year, trade between the EU and China reached 425.5 billion euros, while trade between the United States and the EU was 412.5 billion; this, according to the latest data published by Eurostat, quoted by the AFP news agency.

It was during the administration of President Barack Obama that the Asian giant managed to get closer to the United States and make up ground in its bad intentions. While during the four years of Donald Trump’s government, the visas of some 1,000 Chinese students and researchers suspected of spying in the United States were revoked, Obama -who resided in the White House from 2009 to January 2017- maintained a permissive relationship with the Asian country not confronting these millionaire plagiarizers of American companies.

China stole, with unconventional methods, information and intellectual property from U.S. companies; and for it one of the methods it used was to rely on allied regimes that helped it become the commercial giant it is today.

One of the methods used by the Asian nation was to resort to Nicolás Maduro’s tyranny to plagiarize data and technologies of large American companies through the Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA.

FBI Director Christopher Wray said the Chinese regime’s theft of American intellectual property has led to one of the largest transfers of wealth in human history.

China’s economic espionage cases have increased by approximately 1,300 percent in the last decade, Wray said. The FBI has more than 1,000 investigations into the possible theft of U.S. technology, and approximately 1,000 more intelligence investigations related to China, he said.

U.S. restricts entry of Chinese Communist Party members

In view of the great threat that China represents for the United States, the Donald Trump Administration implemented stricter rules that limit the U.S. entry of members of the Communist Party of China (CCP).

These new restrictions, which took effect on Wednesday, limit the duration of visas for CCP members and their immediate families to one month, and allows them only one entry into the country.

US-China relations hit botton after President Trump’s disputes with Beijing over issues ranging from trade to Hong Kong and the pandemic. It remains to be seen what will happen to the strained relationship if Joe Biden becomes President of the United States.

Adam Ni, director of the China Policy Centre told the AFP news agency that Biden could combine Trump’s and Obama’s strategies to confront China.

“Trump adopted a very aggressive policy with China, trying to put pressure on her on all fronts … With Biden, I think we will have a more calculated approach and focus not just on the one-time attack, but on long-term considerations,” he said.

Humire, for his part, foresees that if Biden becomes president, he will have to create a good strategy to prevent China from advancing in its intentions to expand in Latin America. “If the government does not put pressure, they will find the best way to attack the United States,” he said.
