The investigative media outlet Project Veritas, responsible for leaking controversial videos of Big Tech executive meetings, was suspended from Twitter. James O’Keefe, founder of Project Veritas, also suffered these attacks by the company headed by Jack Dorsey, as his account was restricted. However, O’Keefe’s account has been reinstated after he deleted a tweet that made the social network uncomfortable.

What Project Veritas posted

The suspension came in the wake of revealing videos where Facebook executives like Guy Rosen admitted that the social media platform “freezes” comment sections on posts where they suspect “hate speech” is taking place.

Not only that, but in other videos Project Veritas posted, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg can be seen expressing the company’s liking of the Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Administration. We, at El American, recently reported on this.

“On his first day, President Biden has already issued a number of executive orders in areas that we as a company care deeply about.” Policies in the immigration sector such as reaffirming DACA, and a 100-day “pause” on deportations of illegal immigrants; repealing the ban on transgender people in the military; repealing the ban on travel to majority-Muslim countries; and rejoining the World Health Organization, among others.

In the videos published by Project Veritas, Roy Austin, Facebook’s Vice President for Civil Rights, can also be seen commenting on how the company that Zuckerberg heads is looking for all products that are manufactured to be approached through a “civil rights lens;” that way they can reflect the company’s vision on race.

What happened next?

In the video O’Keefe posted after his Twitter account was reinstated, he detailed how “the appeals process is a joke” since the platform informed The New York Times about the journalist’s suspension and then they retracted it saying it was temporarily blocked. “Once they contact the media, it’s game over,” he said.

The Project Veritas leader then proceeded to delete the tweet that led to his block. He claimed he did so “against his own conscience” in order to be able to use his account again.

However, the new account created for the project, @PVeritas_Action reveals that he has not been “permanently suspended”, but that Twitter is asking to delete a tweet where they show a conversation with one of the Vice Presidents of Facebook where he confirms that they have a system to freeze conversations for “hate speech.”

On his show, Tucker Carlson commented that the problem Big Tech and Big Media have with Project Veritas is that it criticizes the people in charge. “That’s enough now” to get you suspended. Criticizing a POLITICO reporter who criticized PV for “spreading disinformation,” Carlson noted that these “child reporters” don’t question anything and just repeat what the powerful say.

Carlson also commented that the “Red Guard” is not satisfied and will not stop until there is not a single human being in the American media who questions. “Diversity is our strength, trans rights are human rights, abortion is public health! They [child reporters] don’t think about it, they just accept whatever the Central Committee decides what is the slogan of the day.”
