Reports of electoral irregularities continue to arrive. In this case, from the most decisive state in this contest: Pennsylvania. An poll watcher denounced, during a hearing last Wednesday, “that 47 USB cards used during the state’s November 3 election have disappeared,” claiming that up to 120,000 votes cast in the election should be called into question.
The complaint by the Delaware poll watcher
The poll watcher is Gregory Stenstrom, who operated out of Delaware County and is a U.S. Navy veteran and Pennsylvania data scientist.
As reported on Fox News, the hearing was held in Gettysburg on Wednesday and the poll watcher “identified himself as a former Navy commander and a computer forensic scientist with expertise in security and fraud issues”.
“I personally observed the supervisor of the voting machine warehouse uploading the USB cards to the voting machines on multiple occasions,” explained Stenstrom. “This person is not being watched, is not part of the process that I can see and is coming in with USB bags.”
The data scientist said these USB cards could be used to add illegal votes to the state’s count. He also said there was a lack of adequate oversight of how state poll workers handled the ballots.
“In all cases the chain of custody was broken,” said the Navy veteran. “It was broken for mail ballots, mailbox ballots, Election Day USB card drives. In all cases, none of the procedures defined by the Delaware County Board of Elections were followed.” This, he explains, casts doubt on the legitimacy of at least 120,000 votes.
According to Fox News, during the explanation Gregory Stenstrom told the legislators responsible for organizing the hearing that the custodial staff – who were supposed to enforce the law – did not act even when he reported alleged tampering.
“I literally begged multiple law enforcement agencies to go get the forensic evidence from the computers. It’s a simple process. It would not have taken more than an hour to get the image from the five machines. That was never done despite my objections and that was three weeks ago,” explained the election official.

It was Pennsylvania Republicans who organized this hearing to address allegations of possible election fraud. This is one of the most important states in this race. According to the official count, Democrat Joe Biden defeated President Trump by just over 80,000 votes. In fact, Pennsylvania had already certified the election results on Tuesday, but a judge ordered that certification wait until all allegations of irregularities are investigated.
This state is one that President Trump needs in order to turn around Joe Biden’s hypothetical victory.
According to Fox News, President Donald Trump was initially scheduled to attend the hearing, called by the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee, but his attendance was canceled and he ended up meeting with his legal advisors in Washington. His attorney, Rudy Giuliani, did attend the event.
Where President Trump will travel is to Georgia, the state where the Senate majority will be defined and probably the future of the United States.
