President Trump has limited his public appearances ever since leaving the White House. However, on Saturday he offered a wedding toast held at his Mar-a-Lago resort and residence in Florida.

The event began with congratulations to the newlyweds, but the former president was quick to sharply criticize the Biden administration and claim that the election was not fair.

“I turned off the news, I get all these flash reports, and they’re telling me about the border, they’re telling me about China, they’re telling me about Iran. How are we doing with Iran? How do you like that?” he said in a video posted on TMZ.

Trump rejected Biden’s foreign policy, specifically with Iran. “Oh, they were ready to make a deal. They would have done anything, they would have done anything. And this guy goes and drops the sanctions, and then he says, ‘We want to negotiate now.’ ‘We’re not dealing with the United States.’ Oh, they don’t want to deal with us.” Trump said of Biden’s foreign policy vis-à-vis Iran.

The former president also highlighted that the immigration issue has been mishandled and warned that it could get worse due to mismanagement. “And the border’s not good. The border’s the worst anyone’s ever seen. And what you see now, multiply it by ten Jim,” he assured when referring to the massive arrival of migrants during the first months of this year. “Children are living in filth, this is a disaster”, he stressed.

To conclude, he recalled his government: “It’s a tough thing and I’m just saying: do you miss me already?”.

Donald Trump has stayed away from giving statements after Big Tech companies, such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, censored him. But this Monday, along with former first lady Melania Trump, he launched a website. His office described the portal as an attempt to keep in touch with his supporters and coordinate future activities.

“President and Mrs. Trump are continually strengthened by the enduring spirit of the American people, and they look forward to staying in touch,” his office said in a statement.

The former president’s team highlighted work during his administration and progress on the economy, migration, and healthcare. They recalled the measures taken during his administration and how the pandemic affected the country.

While there is no mention of another Trump White House bid, the Republican had previously stated to Fox News that he will make a decision on the matter after the 2022 midterm elections. However, he has already endorsed several candidates and has detailed his plans to endorse primary challengers.

“President Trump knows that as long as we remain true to our citizens, our country and our God, America’s best days are still ahead,” the new page assures.

Last week, Trump’s senior advisor Jason Miller said that in the coming months the President Trump will return to social media with his “own platform.”
