Everybody Wants To Rule The World

These days the 1985 song by the British band, Tears For Fears, Everybody Wants to Rule the World, is playing in my head over and over again. While people and nations have wanted to rule the world since the dawn of man, it seems these days there are some particular players that seem to want to rule and dominate the world.

When I think of the players that want to control the world, I think of China, Russia and Iran. All for different reasons but all involve some form of economic domination. Interestingly, I don’t think of the United States in this way. The US is a country that wants to help the world with its resources and wealth. Not surprising though, that some of these countries happen to hate us.

China, Russia and Iran not only want to control the world, but they happen to also want to meddle with the two countries I love most: Venezuela, my birth country, and America my home for over 40 years. Their actions show that they want to completely dominate and take over one to keep a very close eye on another.

When you ask any Venezuelan still brave enough to live there, like some of my family, which country is pulling all the strings, they will quickly give you one or more of these: China, Russia and Iran. In an Atlantic Council article by Cristina Guevara, she wrote that China has continued to provide the Maduro Regime with economic and political support and recognizes him as president. It has become Venezuela’s largest “sugar daddy.”

For those that wonder what is in it for China? The answer is oil and lots of it. A Reuters report on June 12, 2020 states that China replaced the United States as the No. 1 importer of oil from Venezuela. It continues by saying that despite the sanctions the US placed on Venezuela and warning any foreign entity that continued to do business with the Maduro regime would also find itself with sanctions, the Communist Party of China didn’t budge and obviously didn’t care, so they continued to do business as usual.

Besides the quest for oil from China, Russia has other plans for Venezuela. In a recent article for the Atlantic Council, by John E. Herbst and Jason Marczak, they talk about the fact that Russia wants to be in Venezuela to dominate the Western Hemisphere and lend Venezuela money for items like weapons, oil field development and as a place to deposit their weapons of choice. The geopolitical advantage alone for them is worth every penny they lend to Venezuela.

Then there’s Iran. After many years of talking to the locals in Venezuela and watching the developing friendship between the then Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the late President Hugo Chavez, I knew that something nefarious what brewing in my birth country. The Iranian agenda in Venezuela is one of domination and terrorism. What better way to strike the United States of America with just 1300 miles of distance to its eastern shore. The Iranian love story has continued with the current fraudulent President, Nicolas Maduro.

I spoke to Joseph Humire a few months ago about the Iranian threat and the plethora of information he has on the subject is not only impressive, but also incredibly frightening. In his article for The Gatestone Institute titled Iran’s Next Move: Arms Transfers to South America? he concluded:

The dual-use nature of Iran’s cooperation with the Maduro regime in Venezuela, coupled with the possible proliferation from Mexico to Bolivia and beyond, presents a unique set of problems for regional security officials in Latin America. For casual, observers, the ramped-up presence in Venezuela this year will seem as if Iran’s recent activities are a product of America’s “maximum pressure” campaign against both countries. To informed analysts, however, it is clear that Iran has gradually built up the IRGC’s presence and capabilities in the region for almost 20 years—while using commercial and energy contracts, military-industrial cooperation, high-technology transfers, and other Iranian niche industries to cover its tracks.

Humire goes on to say that Iran knew that their 2015 nuclear agreement may be overturned by a potential incoming Republican administration. Therefore it was all the more important for Iran to strengthen its presence in Venezuela and South America. This was key to Iran maintaining its covert activity in Latin America.

It is my belief that all of the foreign interference going on in Venezuela and Latin America also doubles as a ruse to dominate the United States. While we are still very raw on emotions since the November 2020 elections because those of us interested in voter integrity know there was none in this one, some of us blame China, Russia and even Iran. Being able to prove that their money helped rig our elections are going to be as tough to prove as the fact that the Dominion machines were compromised – and some may argue even more difficult.

In our movie Trump Card, my husband interviewed a Canadian businessman who mediates for the Royals in the Middle East. He has a lot of information and he was very candid with Dinesh for the movie and to us in private. He’s become a good friend and I trust his judgment and his information. In the movie, Dinesh asked Alan about Iran and how they view America. He said the Iranian regime believes there is no co-existence with America. He went on to say that either they exist and dominate the region, or America dominates the region. Bender also exposed a covert alliance between Qatar and Iran to promote Iranian objectives in America and elsewhere.

We found out this is dangerous to America because the Qataris and Iranians are not just trying to influence politics of the Middle East but also trying to influence American politics. In one of the many meetings that Bender had in the Royal office of Qatar with Mohammed Al-Masnad, he was the top Royal advisor in charge of internal and external intelligence. It was here he learned that when talking about investments in North America, the Qataris use these in North America, not for merely financial purposes or watching their return on the investment but they look at it as a larger political investment to achieve political goals and that is mainly to empower radical Muslims in America.

One of these such powerful people is Ilhan Omar, congresswoman from Minnesota. According to Alan Bender, she’s referred to as Sister Ilhan and trying to influence American politics is her only objective. All this, he says, 100% at the behest of the Iranian government. They are applying enormous pressure on the government of Qatar to use their political means in the United States to influence the elections and see to it that the outcome will fit the Iranian interest which was to defeat Donald Trump.

And if it wasn’t enough to have just one foreign player, in an Epoch Times video, a scholar by the name of Lai jianping, from China University of Political Science and Law, confirmed what many of us have been thinking, and that is that “the CCP indeed uses various measures and mobilizes all kinds of forces and networks to influence Americans and Chinese living in the United States in order to meddle with the election.”

One thing is certain, these countries want to dominate the Western hemisphere and controlling Venezuelan and American elections is one certain way to do it. And if their man, Joe Biden steals this election, as I suspect he’s well on his way to doing, we may have to all learn Chinese, Farsi and Russian and if you are a woman, wear a burka. And to that I end with one of my favorite sayings… No way, Jose!

  1. Excelent article Debbie, congratulations for your clear understanding of the political upheaval we are facing. Venezuela is also my country of birth.

  2. Excellent article that conveys what is really going on better than almost anyone else. Debbie is a great addition to existing conservative writers.

And may I say a word about her singing? I was in the music business for many years and when I heard Debbie’s version of America the Beautiful at various times throughout Trump card, I was duly impressed. Great vocal performance , first rate arrangement and a powerful rendition of this important song that made my few hairs stand straight up on my head. Bravo Debbie, your talents are abundant.

  3. Thanks for this report. We need to expose all that is going on in the world. Unfortunately many are not surprised but only confused our beliefs.

  4. Excelente! I was borne in Merida, Yucatán, Mexico. And have lived all of my life in Los Angeles, and recently I learned that there is a Mosque in Merida. I was shocked. We have always had people who are from The Middle East., in particular from
Lebanon. However, they are Catholics. Now they have Muslims. And now The women are dressed in a burkas. Location of Merida is an ideal place, we are one an hour away from Florida. God help us.
