A new lawsuit accuses the Biden White House and Facebook of colluding to censoring and violating the First Amendment rights of Americans.

The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Tampa, Florida. Federal District Judge Steven Douglas Merryday will hear the case.

A report by The Epoch Times reveals the existence of a lawsuit against the Democratic administration for allegedly violating the First Amendment.

To support the lawsuit, Richard Rogalinski, one of the plaintiffs, points out that the best evidence of collusion between the government and Facebook is the recent confession of White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, who admitted that the administration is “flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation.”

“When she said that they were working with Big Tech then it changes everything because then it’s the government censoring, so that obviously can’t stand,” Rogalinski told The Epoch Times.

Rogalinski makes specific reference to the censorship by Facebook related to posts about COVID-19.

The plaintiff made several posts about the pandemic this year commenting on how he has seen data showing that masks do not prevent the spread of the virus; last month he also posted an image of a tweet from Dr. David Samadi in which he claimed that “hydroxychloroquine worked all along.”

Faced with the post, Facebook withheld the post from public view and deemed it “false information,” citing a July 2020 USA Today article that claimed hydroxychloroquine is not effective in treating COVID-19.

“They’re fact checking me with articles that are a year before that aren’t even relevant,” Rogalinski said.

The lawsuit then argues that the censorship against Rogalinski and other American citizens came under the direction of the White House, making it a First Amendment issue.

“At the direction of the President of the United States, his highest levels of staff members, and other Federal Government agencies and officials, the Defendant has engaged in a course of conduct to censor, limit and otherwise chill the Plaintiffs rights to free speech as they pertain to COVID-19,” the lawsuit states; adding that Facebook can now be sued as a state actor.

Has the White House been behind Facebook’s censorship?

At the beginning of the pandemic, Facebook prevented any opinion or information about the origin of the coronavirus, but now that it has been made public that there are inconsistencies and doubts about its origin, it decided to retract and open the space for those who may have always been right.

In February, the social media company announced that it would remove posts containing what it called “misinformation about COVID-19” that mentioned the possibility that the disease was caused by orders or negligence of the Communist Party of China (CPC), or the hypothesis that it had been started by humans.

Facebook’s announcement to allow doubts about the origin of COVID-19, comes coincidentally after the renowned Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted that he is “not convinced” that the virus has developed naturally.

Although the real origin of COVID-19 is unknown at the moment, mainly due to the lack of transparency on the part of the Chinese regime, what is certain is that today there is more evidence that Big Tech and the mass media have played in favor of censorship and have avoided at all costs that all the hypotheses of the pandemic are kept on the table.
