As the border crisis worsens, the Biden administration has decided to implement secret flights to transfer illegal migrants to U.S. territory and then release them. These trips take place in the early hours of the morning and are ordered by the DHS (Department of Homeland Security).
It is unclear who pays for the airline tickets for these secret flights. However, according to a source from Fox News’ Bill Melugin, some are paid for by the migrants’ families and others by the U.S. government.
An investigation by Tucker Carlson revealed that government contractors admitted to transporting illegal immigrants to smaller airports to keep flights “low” and hidden from the public.
In October 2021 Jen Psaki, White House Press Secretary, referred to the flights and stated that they occur “very early in the morning” because it is “the administration’s responsibility to care for unaccompanied migrant children and make sure they are reunited with their families in the United States.”
The spokeswoman’s statements contrast with the videos published by Melugin and Fox News, which show that children, adults, single men and many with criminal records are on the flights.
“An ICE source tells me that the agency has been releasing some illegal immigrants with criminal records for misdemeanors including assault, DUI, drug possession and illegal re-entry. ICE did not deny when I asked, telling me that all releases are ‘case by case,'” Melugin added.
Flights or bus transfers are taking place to various cities in the country in the dark of night. These are measures taken by the Biden administration after it became known that the border care facilities are full of illegal migrants who arrived in the United States.
The problem is not migration as such, but rather that the immigration authorities are not able to evaluate and investigate on a case-by-case basis, so the agencies in charge of security and migration are losing control of who enters the country.
“Single adult immigrants are supposed to be removed from the country through Title 42. CBP tells me they had no involvement in these releases. An ICE source tells me these were ICE releases and they are looking into it,” Melugin reported.
In fact, between March and August 2021 more than 47,000 migrants who were released with instructions to report to an ICE office in a city of their choice never showed up, according to DHS data; meaning the Biden administration is unaware of their whereabouts.
“This administration has sought from the beginning to relax immigration regulations to such an extent that it has systematically violated American law and jurisprudence,” attorney María Herrera, a specialist in immigration law, explained to El American.
Herrera related that Biden has allowed the entry of illegal migrants who are not even referred to immigration judges to make them regularize their status in the country.
“In the last few months we have seen an increasing number of migrants who have arrived to the United States and whom this government has decided to let in without even doing the credible fear interviews, which are the basis for humanitarian entry into our country,” she denounced.

An exclusive article by Town Hall reporter Julio Rosas revealed an audio in which Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas acknowledges the seriousness of the immigration crisis while Border Patrol officials were berating him about the situation.
“The job hasn’t gotten any easier in the last few months and it was very, very difficult throughout 2021. I know that arresting families and children is not what you signed up for. And now we have a composition that is changing even more with Cubans, Venezuelans, Nicaraguans and so on, it’s getting harder and harder,” Mayorkas said in the recording.
“One agent pressed Mayorkas on how DHS can reconcile saying that border security is the primary mission of the Border Patrol, but agents can’t patrol the border because of policies the Biden administration has implemented,” Rosas recounted.
“Mayorkas said he appreciated ‘the candor’ and explained that he is working to ensure agents have the staffing, funding and equipment they need to do their jobs,” the article noted.
In the first three months of FY 2022 alone, there have been 518,370 apprehensions, which is more than double of the first three months of FY 2021, when the number was 218,306.
