WATCH: Erin Brockovich to Joe Biden: ‘You’re Not Gonna Gaslight Me!’

Erin Brockovich, a well-known activist, has joined the crowd looking into the railway derailment-turned environmental catastrophe in East Palestine, Ohio. She has stated that she thinks President Joe Biden’s administration is concealing something from the American people.

Brockovich, who has already discussed her interviews with those who were directly impacted by the derailment, ensuing flames, and explosion with CNN and MSNBC, said on Friday on Fox News with Tucker Carlson that Biden’s response to the catastrophe has fallen well short of what it ought to be.

Also, she stated that the locals from East Palestine think that the president has abandoned them, leaving them on their own.

An overheated wheel bearing on the 23rd of 149 rail cars contributed to the tragic February 3 train crash in the small Ohio town. Following the accident, local authorities ordered the evacuation of all people living within one mile of the scene and started a controlled burn of the vinyl chloride the train was carrying in an effort to avert a large-scale explosion.

Residents have been concerned that chemicals seeping into the earth and gases from subsequent fires might introduce those poisons into the air and water supplies for months or years to come. The derailment and accident involved several vehicles carrying dangerous commodities.

Nine of the roughly 50 chemicals that the EPA said were found on the derailed train, according to researchers from Texas A&M and Carnegie Mellon, have greater quantities than usual in East Palestine, they reported on Friday. Acrolein, a chemical with a strong smell that is “extremely hazardous” when breathed, was of particular concern since it was present in above-normal amounts, the CDC Report states.

Naphthalene, vinyl chloride, and benzene were among the substances that showed excessively high quantities on the charts. The report said that “If these levels continue, they may be of health concern,”

In a weekend interview, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg asserted that East Palestine, Ohio, citizens don’t care about politics. Buttigieg’s comments come after he and the rest of the Biden administration came under fire for how they handled the situation and were frequently accused of not caring because the region did not support Biden in the 2020 election. Watch:

A day before Brockovich’s interview, commentator Joy Behar suggested at “The View” that the residents were getting what they deserved, blaming former President Trump for the train derailments.
