This Wednesday night on his show on Fox News, Tucker Carlson revealed exclusive videos showing federal government contractors admitting to transporting illegal immigrants to small airports in the early morning hours to keep the flights secret.
In one of the videos, recorded by an NYPD officer’s body camera at the Westchester County airport, one of the contractors is seen saying that “the government is betraying the American people.”
The video, obtained by New York gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino, was recorded at the county airport on August 13, 2021. The footage shows a Boeing 737 loaded with illegal immigrants coming from Fort Bliss, Texas, on an iAero Airways flight under contract to the federal government.
The flights were kept secret under government orders
Sgt. Michael Hamborsky expresses frustration given that local police had not received information about flights arriving after curfew at the airport in violation of security protocols.
“You’re on a secure facility here; we really don’t know anything and we’re in charge of security,” Hamborsky tells one of the federal contractors. “This is anti all our security stuff.”
For his part, the contractor responds to the law enforcement officer that the flights arrive at small airports around the country because they “don’t want to be in somewhere the spotlight is” and that they prefer to keep the situation as “low down” as possible so as “not to attract attention.”
In addition, the contractor admits that authorities do not inform him where they will disperse the hundreds of illegal immigrants until minutes before takeoff.
The footage also shows Hamborsky questioning a dozen federal contractors who move around the tarmac supervising immigrants disembarking and boarding charter buses waiting on the tarmac between 6:15 and 7 a.m.
Carlson had Astorino as a guest to get his take on the videos he obtained. According to the Republican, the footage only proves that the Biden administration is “out of control.”
“The government is betraying the American people,” said Astorino, who explained that the federal government allows these immigrants to enter through the southern border, loads up charter flights and sends them to airports that are closed at night, and then distributes them in buses to different communities.
In the past, it has been reported that these clandestine flights have also reached other states, such as Florida and Pennsylvania.
