A conspiracy needs conspirators and an objective. The latest filing by Special Counsel for the DOJ John Durham on February 11 provides the names of many conspirators. Durham’s investigation on the origins of the FBI’s intrinsic role in Crossfire Hurricane, the agency’s counterespionage operation against Donald Trump on the false claim of Russian collusion with his 2016 presidential campaign, has yielded a wealth of information. The evidence points to a clear motive. That was to bring down Trump. But not just the candidate. The plot, now we know, effectively sought to overthrow a democratically elected president.
A Secret Conspiracy: The Horowitz and Durham Reports
The FBI leadership, serving the administration of former President Barack Obama, has already been badly bruised by the findings of a December 2019 report, conducted by the DOJ Inspector General (DOJIG), Michael Horowitz. While the latter investigation looked into Crossfire Hurricane as well, it did so on a far more limited scope. Nonetheless, it determined that the FBI had made gross mistakes and conducted itself callously in its espionage pursuit of Trump campaign officials and later government figures. The FBI, the Horowitz Report concluded, presented false information in several Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) authorization requests, among other deviance. Durham made clear his objections to the DOJIG’s limited investigative reach.
Durham commented at that time, “we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions [Horowitz Report] as to predication and how the FBI case was opened.” Furthermore, the seasoned federal attorney who has served four presidents, three Democrats (Clinton, Obama, and Biden) and one Republican (Trump), added that, unlike Horowitz’s inquiry, his “investigation is not limited to developing information from within components of the Justice Department” and alternatively, his office would gather “information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside the U.S.” The Durham Report is proving to be far more comprehensive in its findings.
The DNC and Hillary Clinton’s Role
It is common knowledge that the Clinton campaign, along with the Democratic National Committee, contracted Fusion GPS to gather dirt, real or fake, on her presidential political opponent. Fusion GPS in turn subcontracted a former British intelligence officer, Christopher Steele, to put together a “report.” Steele ended up producing disinformation against the presidential candidacy of Donald Trump. The fabrication known as the “Steele Dossier” was given to the FBI, which used the disinformation in its FISA warrants to spy on Trump and his team. The Mueller Investigation further destroyed any legitimacy or basis of truth to the falsehood that Trump colluded with Russia in the 2016 election. The Durham Report, while still ongoing, promises to shed more light on this matter. It has already made seismic revelations that constitute a pattern of egregious crimes allegedly committed by, not just Clinton and the DNC, but also the FBI, CIA, DOJ, and Obama himself. The crimes are potentially as serious as treason.
Durham’s February 11 bombshell filing springs forth from the September 2021 grand jury indictment of Michael Sussman, an attorney who worked for the Clinton 2016 campaign. From this latest judicial document, the figure of Rodney Joffe pops up. The tech executive, by way of two companies linked to him, Neustar and UltraDNS, found his way to the Executive Office of the President (EOP) and its DNS internet traffic, as well as other internet activities conducted from the White House. Considering that Joffe was involved in proven mail-order scam operations in the 1980s, it is mind-boggling how he managed to evade security filters and gain access to such privileged information.
Clinton and the DNC hired Sussmann’s law firm to facilitate the construction of negative information on Trump. Joffe’s tech company was contracted by Sussmann for the task. As per Durham’s cited filing, Joffe “and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic.” The objective was to gather “derogatory information about Donald Trump.” The tech guru not only had access to spy on the White House, but also the Republican’s Trump Tower headquarters and the 45th president’s Central Park West apartment. The February 11 legal motion implies that Sussmann and Joffe’s joint disinformation espionage ring began approximately in April 2016. The allegedly illegal activity continued into the Trump presidency.
The False Trump-Alfa Connections
Among the fruits of the insidious false narrative-building scheme financed by Clinton and the DNC (and Democratic Party donors indirectly) was the now totally disproven theory that maliciously connected Trump with a Russian bank, Alfa Bank. This malign fable between Trump and Alfa Bank was one of the factors that strengthen the Russia hoax narrative. Sussmann gave the FBI the fabricated Trump-Alfa Bank allegations in September 2016, without disclosing that Clinton and the DNC were his clients (a fraudulent omission). Additionally, while the Clinton/DNC lawyer was misinforming the FBI, he was leaking the privileged information (or disinformation) he was leaking the twisted story to the corporate media. Among the most cited news reporting of the false Trump-Alfa Bank story, was the October 31, 2016, Slate piece.
So deviously concocted was this Clinton/DNC plot, that immediately upon the Slate article, the 2016 Democratic candidate tweeted, “Computer scientists have apparently uncovered a covert server linking the Trump Organization to a Russian-based bank.” Clinton’s tweet implicates the current Biden-Harris administration’s National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan. During his December 17, 2021, testimony before the House Intelligence Committee hearings on that very subject, Sullivan claimed that he “didn’t know what the nature of that effort was” or “who was funding it.” Email communications that have surfaced because of the ongoing Durham Report reveal there is a contradiction between the facts and Sullivan’s sworn testimony before Congress.
Mass Mailing of Paper Ballots
Durham’s earlier September 16, 2016, indictment filing of Sussmann, unveiled the names of top Democratic Party operatives like Marc Elias, the main litigator responsible for masterminding the mail-in ballot vote changes during the 2020 elections, which prompted massive irregularities in key swing vote states, casting doubts as to the legitimacy of the Biden-Harris presidency. Also implicated was campaign manager Robbie Mook. Sullivan was the Clinton 2016 campaign senior foreign policy advisor at that time.
The epic task carried out by Durham was facilitated by the declassification of related documents on October 6, 2020, by Trump. Two declassified seminal items stand out and implicate the FBI, CIA, and Obama. One is a July 28, 2016, handwritten note redacted by former CIA director John Brennan which confirms Obama’s knowledge of Clinton’s allegedly illegal spying escapade. The other is September 6, 2016, formal CIA memo addressed to the FBI leadership which informs them of the Clinton camp’s espionage and disinformation stratagem for a potential investigation.
FISA Requests and More Lies
Fox News obtained copies of both declassified documents. In the handwritten Brennan notes, the former CIA head speaks of “a proposal from one of her [Clinton] foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.” Brennan adds, “It may not be used in any legal proceeding—including FISA applications—without prior approval.” In the memo to the FBI, Brennan reports of “a plan concerning U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.” The memo was designed to trigger an investigation.
Obama, his DOJ, CIA, and FBI all knew what was happening. They did absolutely nothing to halt the Clinton/DNC spying on a presidential candidate and worse, a legitimately elected president. Trump was never alerted or warned. Obama and his Deep State operatives (DOJ, CIA, FBI) were accomplices in the Clinton/DNC insidious plot and in fostering the Russia collusion lie. The mainstream media was also, not just complicit, but an active instigator. All this was designed to impede a Trump victory. However, once he validly won, it was a de facto nonviolent coup designed to overthrow a sitting president. Obama and company should be investigated. If there is justice, they should be found guilty of treason.
