The CNN Embarrassment and News of the Days

CNN Fires Brian Stelter

Is CNN genuinely re-vamping its modus operandi to appear more independent and unbiased? If so, as El American’s Ben Kew wrote via Twitter, firing Stelter is a good first step. Stelter hosted the infamous un-Reliable Sources show, where he touted some of the most ludicrous lies against conservatism and (you guessed it) Trump.

Thoughts and prayers for Brian. Perhaps The View can hire him?

Affidavit in Trump Mar-a-Lago Raid to Be Released (Partially)

In a move that surprised some, the federal judge overseeing the FBI’s investigation in the alleged mishandling of classified documents by former President Trump ordered the FBI to release a redacted version of the affidavit used to obtain a search warrant of Mar-a-Lago.

The come comes as some conservative activist call for the defunding of the FBI (a move that makes the mainstream media happy, as they would use these words against the GOP in the upcoming midterms). Mike Pence warns the GOP to wait for the release of more information before attacking the FBI.

The FBI has faced numerous mishaps in the past years. From lying in FISA requests to implying that they would stop then-candidate Trump from becoming POTUS in 2016, the list is scathing.

We will wait and see what else comes from this.
