President Joe Biden spoke about the possibility of states banning sex reassignment operations on minors, claiming that, in his opinion, it is not moral for them to have the decision on this issue in their hands.
“I don’t think any state or anybody should have the right to do that, as a moral question. As a legal question, I just think it’s wrong,” Biden said when asked about his position on the issue.
Biden administration promotes gender ideology
On several occasions, Joe Biden’s government has defended sex reassignment operations on minors. In fact, Rachel Levine, Deputy Secretary of Health in Joe Biden’s administration, assured months ago that sex change in children is good for their health.
During an interview for Pride Month, Levine also emphasized that, in his opinion, operations are medically appropriate and a “fundamental tool”.
And the secretary has not been alone in promoting it. The White House has also promoted gender reassignment surgeries, puberty blockers and hormone therapy for transgender minors. A series of documents released by the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Population Affairs showed as much.
