Bannon and New Criminal Indictment
Steve Bannon is now facing new criminal charges about his role in an alleged money laundering scheme through a fundraising campaign for the border wall. President Trump had pardoned Bannon for any illegalities related to that scheme. Still, that pardon does not extend to state charges as the Manhattan District Attorney oversees the new charges.
